Book SIM Events & SPs

If you are booking a Standardized Patient, you will need to complete the HSERC Standardized Patient Booking Form.  
 
If you are requesting access to the HSERC lab or booking an event in HSERC, you will need to complete the HSERC Event Booking Form. Your request will be reviewed and HSERC will contact you. 

If you are booking a Standardized Patient and requesting access to the HSERC lab, you will need to complete both forms.

If you want to book space for a Meeting ONLY (i.e. meeting room 2-296 or a debrief room), you will need to complete the HSERC Meeting Booking Form.

If you want to book a Tour of the space in HSERC, you will need to complete the HSERC Tour Booking Form.
 
Please note that only HSERC standardized patients can be used in the HSERC lab.
